IMH Recruitment are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to cover maternity for our client based in Worksop.
The Role:
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team
- Ensure that Board and Committees are supported including - taking minutes, agendas, reports, follow up of actions
- Support for staff events
- Office management (day to day office running, not staff management) and health and safety responsibilities
- Booking of training and conferences for staff
- Deal with phone calls and direct accordingly
- Diary management as required
- Ad hoc admin as required
Skills:
- Effective people skills to assist in building relationships internally and externally
- Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills
- Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure environment, preferably commercial
- Strong numeracy and written skills
- Proven experience and evidence of managing time, meeting targets and deadlines
- Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely
- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Hours & Pay:
8:30am-5pm, Monday – Friday. £35,000 annually
