IMH Recruitment are looking for reliable and friendly D1 School Minibus Drivers to join our team, providing safe and efficient transport for school children across Sheffield. You’ll play an important role in ensuring pupils travel safely between home and school, maintaining a professional and caring approach at all times.
What you’ll do:
- Safely transport school children on set routes between home and school.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all passengers during each journey.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle and report any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the Assistant Operations Controller for scheduling and updates.
Hours & Shift pattern:
- Morning: 6:45am – 9:30am (approx.)
- Afternoon: 2:45pm – 5:00pm (approx.)
- Starting pay rate £12.71 Per Hour but will rise on completion of probation period. (Times may vary slightly depending on traffic and weather conditions.)
Days: Monday to Friday – perfect for those seeking flexibility and regular hours during school term time.
Requirements:
- Valid D1 driving licence
- A clean enhanced DBS is essential for this role (we can process)
- A flexible working approach to be able to commit to the split shifts working pattern.
- References for last 3 years of employment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A caring, responsible, and professional attitude
