IMH Recruitment are looking for Passenger Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during transport to and from school for our client in Sheffield. You will work alongside a minibus driver to ensure all passengers are safe, comfortable, and supervised throughout the journey.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise children with SEN on school transport
  • Ensure safety and welfare of all passengers at all times
  • Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle
  • Provide support and reassurance during journeys

Requirements:

  • Valid D1 driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS (required – can be processed)
  • Ability to work split shifts
  • References covering the last 3 years
  • Previous experience desirable but not essential

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday (term time only)
  • Split shifts:
  • Morning: 6:45am – 9:30am (approx.)
  • Afternoon: 2:45pm – 5:00pm (approx.)
