IMH Recruitment are looking for Passenger Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during transport to and from school for our client in Sheffield. You will work alongside a minibus driver to ensure all passengers are safe, comfortable, and supervised throughout the journey.
Key Duties:
- Supervise children with SEN on school transport
- Ensure safety and welfare of all passengers at all times
- Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Provide support and reassurance during journeys
Requirements:
- Valid D1 driving licence
- Enhanced DBS (required – can be processed)
- Ability to work split shifts
- References covering the last 3 years
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday (term time only)
- Split shifts:
- Morning: 6:45am – 9:30am (approx.)
- Afternoon: 2:45pm – 5:00pm (approx.)
