IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a Class 2 Driver for our client based in Rotherham, S66 to support the safe collection of waste and recyclables from residential and commercial properties.
You’ll operate a collection vehicle, lead a small crew, and update service data using the Bartec ‘in cab’ system.
The Role
- Driving a LGV Class 2 Refuse Vehicle.
- Collect waste and refuse from businesses and homes.
- Take charge of the vehicle and supervise the crew of loaders to ensure routes are completed efficiently.
- Manual work: Assist the crew with pulling, lifting, and emptying wheeled bins, sacks, or commercial containers into the collection vehicle.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork as required.
About You:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Willing to lift products
- Clean or low-points driving licence preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 06:45am - 15:09pm
- £14.82 per hour
- No nights out
- Weekly pay via agency!
