IMH Recruitment are seeking an Admin Support Officer to join our client’s Rough Sleeping & Single Homelessness Team in Oxford.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support services that help some of the city’s most vulnerable people and contribute to preventing homelessness and ending rough sleeping.
You will be part of a small, dedicated team delivering key priorities under the Council’s Housing, Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, working closely with the Oxfordshire Homelessness Alliance and partner organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to coordinate access to supported accommodation
- Maintain accurate records of referrals, placements, move-ons and outcomes
- Update and manage databases and Council record-keeping systems
- Liaise with partner agencies and providers following panel meetings
- Support multi-agency meetings, case conferences and service events
- Assist with contract monitoring and development of commissioned services
- Produce data and reports to support service improvement and commissioning
- Ensure effective information sharing and provide admin cover when required
About You:
- Previous experience in housing, homelessness or a related field
- Experience working with vulnerable or complex client groups
- A standard DBS is required
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident building relationships with internal and external partners
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and database systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
