Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge? IMH Recruitment is expanding, and we’re seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone confident in both candidate management and client development – from nurturing existing relationships to generating new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking. If you’re ambitious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. The Role: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles. * Proactively develop new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking. * Account manage existing clients, ensuring an exceptional level of service and repeat business. * Source, interview, and register candidates, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements. * Write engaging job adverts and utilise job boards, social media, and CV databases to attract talent. * Guide candidates through the recruitment journey – from initial application to successful placement. * Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted point of contact. * Work towards and exceed agreed targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies. The Successful Candidate Will Have: * Previous recruitment experience is essential (360 desk experience highly desirable). * Proven ability in business development and account management. * Confident communicator with strong telephone and face-to-face skills. * Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management abilities. * Strong IT skills and attention to detail. * A full UK driving licence is essential.
