The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

The role involves being a member of the infrastructure support team, responsible for maintaining the core IT services upon which our engineers rely. In addition to administrative tasks, you will also be tasked with delivering improvements to ensure that our global workforce benefits from the best technologies available.

You will be responsible for:

  • Management of company-wide user/computer policies
  • Maintaining Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and End-point patching policies
  • Server and storage hardware commissioning
  • Overseeing and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP operations
  • Authentication – local policies, SAML configurations, hand-off to external SaaS solutions
  • Assisting with administration of corporate backups (Commvault managed service)
  • VMware estate administration, including managing our Horizon service
  • SQL Server – day-to-day administration
  • Security operations – server and client-side policies, hardening our Active Directory / Azure environments, incident response
  • Maintain and develop our O365 tenant to increase user engagement and feature usage
  • 3rd party application integrations

You will have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server – build, deploy, administer, support and patch.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory – account management, authentication, group policy and hardening.
  • Experience of providing Infrastructure support – including DHCP, DNS, routing etc.
  • Familiarity with Office365 – feature/policy management, Exchange configuration & administration
  • Experience with VMware vCenter/vSphere – Host and VM deployments
  • Experience with SQL – support and administration

You might also have:

  • Experience with Pure Storage – iSCSI volumes, file systems, SMB policies, replication
  • Backups / DR – previous experience with a CommVault-based solution
  • Experience with Cisco UCS – support and administration
  • An appreciation of current Cyber Security methodologies, Networking and Firewall basics
  • Experience with PURE Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade
