IMG is an industry-leading global sports marketing agency, specializing in media rights management and sales, multi-channel content production and distribution, brand partnerships, digital services, and events management. We are looking for a skilled and inquisitive Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to conceptualise and design compelling B2B creative that supports revenue growth across IMG’s global sports portfolio.
The successful candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent presentation skills, and keen eye for to detail, a problem-solving mindset and a drive to learn and develop. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential.
This role requires both independent work and collaboration within a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate should have industry experience and a strong understanding of current design trends.

- This is a permanent position based in our Chiswick Park office
- Support the development of B2B focused creative – projects include client or sponsor-specific sales materials, RFP responses, capabilities documents and general sales collateral.
- Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Account Managers and Commercial Teams that are strategically sound, on-brand and meet the brief.
- Produce engaging sales collateral consisting of original designs, graphic elements, assets and visual treatments.
- Work with the Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Graphic design experience.
- A good grasp of traditional and interactive design, including Presentation Design, Layout, Branding, Typography, Infographics, Logos, Icons, Event Graphics, Print and Digital Collateral.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in the sports industry and an understanding of visual communication in this space.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and to communicate such thoughts proactively, efficiently and effectively.
- Succinct, effective and professional in all forms of communication, from personal to presentation.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the team maintains the highest standards for every project, no matter how large or small.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking.
- Ability to collaborate and work both independently and alongside team members.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups – solutions orientated.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Have a growth mind-set both professionally and personally. You are a team player and work cross-functionally in a highly iterative and collaborative way.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects.
- Background in the sports, media and the entertainment industry.
