Responsibilities
- Receive, ingest, and organise footage from matches, highlights, and other sources
- Process content using IP Director, DAM systems, and other media management tools
- Assist in compiling and editing highlights, melt reels, and other footage using Adobe Premiere or similar software
- Apply accurate metadata, naming conventions, and ensure all media is correctly archived
- Support research, planning, and reporting for Media Managers and production teams
- Help deliver content to internal teams, broadcasters, and partners
- Assist with live event coverage and troubleshoot media transfer issues
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and other creative teams to keep content flowing
Qualifications
- You’re organised, proactive, and curious, with a passion for sport and media production.
- You’ll ideally bring familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and digital archives
- A keen interest in emerging media technology and production workflows
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for live sports, media, and content delivery
Location: This role is based in our Stockley Park office, Uxbridge.
