IMG are looking for an experienced Live Producer to oversee and own the editorial aspects of the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup Spotlight shows (EWC and ENC). As Live Producer, you will be required to travel to Riyadh, KSA to work on the Esports World Cup for 7 weeks across July & August, as well as the Esports Nations Cup for 4 weeks in November. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities- Own the editorial structure, pacing, and tone of digital-first live shows.
- Write, manage, and evolve running orders for long-form digital shows, typically 60-90 minutes.
- Lead live broadcasts from pre-production through transmission, maintaining editorial control.
- Work closely with Presenters, the gallery, the Talent Manager, Lead Features Producer, and Executive Producer to deliver a strong editorial live show.
- Adapt running orders in real time in response to live moments and audience engagement.
- Integrate features, social moments, and audience interaction naturally into the live format.
- Maintain clarity, energy, and narrative flow across extended live shows.
- Review live output post-show to refine structure, tone, and execution.
- Proven experience producing live digital-first shows.
- Strong understanding of how audiences behave on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and social live environments.
- Confident writing and managing running orders designed for flexibility rather than fixed broadcast blocks.
- Ability to make fast editorial decisions in live digital environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across editorial, technical, and talent teams.
- Experience in traditional television is welcome, but digital-first thinking is essential.
- An interest in esports or gaming is beneficial but not essential; strong live editorial judgement in digital environments is the priority.
- This is a fixed-term contract role until 8th December 2026.
- This role is based at Stockley Park, with requirement to work onsite for productions in Riyadh, KSA.
- You will be required to travel and work on-site for the duration of events.
- You will usually work normal office hours; however, you will be required to work longer hours, including evening and weekend work during events and as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
