Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Design and deliver best-in-class presentations for high-value proposals, pitches, and RFPs across IMG’s global sports marketing business.
- Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, industry-leading strategists and marketers to interpret briefs and shape visual direction.
- Translate complex commercial strategies into visually compelling narratives with editorial flair and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain template systems and asset libraries to streamline workflow and raise quality across the organisation.
- Innovate presentation formats using interactive tools to elevate client engagement and maintain brand consistency while pushing creative standards forward.
- Experiment with AI-driven design tools (Flora, Runway, Nano Banana, generative design) to improve creative, storytelling and time efficiencies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment without compromising quality.
- Maintain and evolve IMG’s brand identity across all presentation materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
Knowledge And Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a design role within an agency, studio or in-house brand team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating editorial-quality presentation and layout design for a premium brand, agency, or global business with a proven track record designing commercial presentations and proposals that win business.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Id, Ai, Ps), plus Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Integrates AI design tools daily.

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- This role will be based at Stockley Park, with frequent travel to Chiswick Park, London for business needs and meetings, and with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
- You may be required to travel to industry events and work on-site for the duration of an event, as necessary.
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule, or when working to a pitch or proposal deadline.
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
