From flagship championships to global tour events, we produce hundreds of live broadcasts each year across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa — bringing golf’s biggest moments to audiences worldwide. We’re looking for a driven and creative Assistant Producer to join our Live Golf production team. Reporting to the Head of Golf and Executive Producers, you’ll play a key role in shaping live broadcasts both in the office and on location at events around the world. This is a hands-on role at the heart of live television, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and wants to build a long-term career in elite sports production. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Producing compelling VT content for live golf broadcasts
- Working closely with EVS operators on analysis, replays and VT elements
- Managing and delivering on-screen graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer experience
- Supporting live editorial decision-making during outside broadcasts
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior production staff
- Strong organisational and planning skills, capable of managing complex workloads and competing priorities across live productions
- Proven ability to work calmly and decisively under pressure, particularly in live broadcast environments
- Sound editorial judgement with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability, able to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team structure
- Strong collaborative skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary production and technical teams
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability, including responsiveness to changing production requirements and workflows
- Effective problem-solving capability, with the confidence to assess issues and implement practical solutions in real time
- Comprehensive understanding of live sports broadcasting workflows, with a strong interest in sport and golf production
Knowledge And Experience
- Proven live gallery experience within a broadcast or OB environment
- Strong working knowledge of the EVS ecosystem, including replays and workflows
- Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and content delivery
- Some knowledge of Adobe After Effects is desirable, particularly for graphics and motion elements
- Experience working on live sports outside broadcasts is advantageous
Working Conditions
- The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge
- This is a permanent contract.
- International travel for up to 20 events per year, alongside a selection of remotely produced live golf tournaments from our Stockley Park broadcast center
- Occasional overnight shifts when working on remote productions
- Weekend work and extended shifts aligned with live event schedules
