Senior Media Coordinator, European Tour Productions
We’re looking for a Senior Media Coordinator to lead the transformation of all ETP media into secure, scalable cloud platforms. You’ll manage archives, post-production storage, and hybrid workflows, ensuring media is easy to access, correctly stored, and fully optimized for production needs. You’ll be the go-to person for media management troubleshooting, collaborating across IMG Studios, Archive, Engineering, and ETP Tech teams.
Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. Applications will close on Sunday 14th September at 11.59pm UK Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enable transition of legacy archives into secure and scalable cloud platforms
- Collaborate with IMG Studios, Archive, Engineering and ETP Tech teams to optimize workflows in cloud migration
- Identify efficient workflows in hybrid storage to enable fast and simple access to ETP archive assets
- Management of Archive storage
- Management of internal editing/post-production storage and workflows
- Day-to-day management of team duties including Viz One management, ingest, storage limitations, media deletions, etc.
- Assist production teams with media management queries and act as the first point of contact for media management troubleshooting
- Ensure all ETP media is correctly stored with valid metadata and consistent title naming
- Stay informed on technologies in sports broadcasting, including AI and automation

- Avid/Nexis storage, Adobe platform, EVS, Viz One, Interplay, IP Browse / IP Director, Near Line
- Digital and cloud storage, file transfer, logging, video formats
- Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, Media Hub CDN, digital archive
- AI and emerging broadcast technologies
Production & Workflow Experience
- TV and digital production across multiple projects
- Understanding of production workflows and technology
- Ability to work towards deadlines and independently
Organisational & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively without close supervision
- Inquisitive mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
Desirable
- Relevant and up-to-date production technical knowledge and workflows
