IMG is seeking a Project Coordinator to work alongside our Global Partnerships teams and help deliver creative assets and integrated programs for sponsor, client and internal initiatives for the IMG partnerships portfolio in EMEA.
The Project Coordinator is an extremely well-organized professional who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have strong people management, relationship-building and resourcing skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for all creative requests and will be responsible for assigning creative resources and tracking/reporting all projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in keeping all projects moving and ensure deadlines are met, while acting as an internal champion for Partnership Marketing’s services within the broader Global Partnerships Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects flow efficiently from stakeholder to the account & design teams.
- Assign projects and tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow and all project deadlines are met.
- Arrange kick-off meetings and ensureDesign team hasall tools and assets to deliver the project.
- Support stakeholders with the creation of briefing documents, presentation frameworks and strategic narratives.
- Manage the creative schedule, delegating resource and tracking live projects.
- Monitor current traffic processes and technology – improving current practices where required.
- Hold regular meetings and status updates – to ensure all members of the Partnership Marketing Team are on track to meet deadlines.
- Oversee project resources and assist with the management of freelance requirements and bookings.
- Assist the Senior Director with coordination of projects from initial stages through to delivery.
- Manage weekly/monthly reporting of projects – ensuring information is up to date.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience managing and delivering creative assets and projects within a fast-paced environment would be desirable;
- A proven track record delivering multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard;
- Experience effectively managing diverse internal and external stakeholders with varying objectives;
- Basic understanding and knowledge of the sports & lifestyle global sponsorship market – understanding why brands want to partner with live events & sports properties would be extremely useful in this role;
- A background working in the media/ sports/ entertainment industry would be beneficial but is not critical.

- Passionate collaborator who can work across multiple internal functions and external partner/client teams with strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent copywriting and narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts and quantitative data into client-ready presentations
- Appreciation of popular culture and business trends that contribute to the understanding of the interests of partners consumers across key passion points (sport, culture, art, fashion, music and entertainment);
- Exceptionally strong relationship-building and time-management skills;
- Ability to communicate a strategic point-of-view and/ or ideas clearly and succinctly to both internal and external partners;
- Professional, polished and confident communicator;
- Impeccable attention-to-detail with a fastidious passion for maintaining high standards and quality of output.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Strong people management, technical and organisational skills.
- Solutions orientated – ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively.
- The candidate will be extremely organised, upholding the high standards and attention to detail required.
- Succinct, effective and professional in all forms of communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to manage day-to-day relationships with all levels of Executives across the organisation.
- Some project/account management experience within an emerging/fast-growth company.
- Administration experience, tracking, presentations and providing detailed reporting to stakeholders.
- Copy-writing skills or experience in crafting marketing or strategy narratives.
- A passion for sports, entertainment and/or events, and an appreciation of popular culture and business trends that contribute to the understanding of the interests of our partner’s consumers – across key passion points (sport, culture, art, fashion, music and entertainment).
- Background in the media/sports/entertainment industry.
- Experience working with project management tools/softwares.
- Educated to bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business and/or Communication preferable – or equivalent experience.
Circumstances Unique To The Role
- You\’ll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an RFP/ pitch or an event.
- You may be required to travel to each event and work on-site for the duration of the event, as necessary.
- Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.

- Permanent position
- Working hours are: 9:00-5:00
- Working days are: Monday – Friday
