What You’ll Do:
Ready to step into the fast-paced world of audio production?
As a Production Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping bring our radio and audio content to life.
Reporting to the Production Manager and working alongside the Production Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From booking travel, hotels and kit for large-scale productions to raising purchase orders and managing freelancer bookings, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll keep our paperwork in check—processing invoices, uploading cue sheets, and updating cost trackers—while gaining hands-on experience in all things production.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Provide general administrative support to the production
- Raise Fieldglass Workorders and Purchase Orders and ensure associated IR35 data is added to the IMG system
- Process invoices and occasional expenses and update the cost trackers accordingly
- Assist the Production Co-ordinator with some key logistical tasks such as booking hotels, travel and equipment for larger Radio productions
- Booking freelancers
- Complete and upload post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets
- Ensure key production documents, as assigned by the PM and PC, are maintained and accurately completed
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Manager
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant or similar role
- Experience of keeping accurate records, processing invoices and tracking costs

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good command of the English language
- Positive, professional and keen approach to work
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
