What You’ll Do:
Join European Tour Productions and be part of an incredible opportunity as a Production Assistant.
As a Production Assistant, you will support the production management team with programme paperwork, travel bookings, purchase orders and preparing call sheets. Further support duties for the editorial team will include research, archive sourcing, logging, transcription, and paperwork.
Please note:

  • This is a 12 month fixed term contract based at our facility in Stockley Park, London.
  • You may be required to attend or travel to other IMG locations or off-site meetings as needed.
  • Unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, may be required in line with business needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
  • To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team across a range of non live productions.
  • Fieldglass and payment processing support
  • Support the team with budgeting, contracting and general administrative duties.
  • Supporting Production Coordinators with call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours.
  • Supporting Production Coordinators with onsite requests.
  • Supporting Production Coordinators ad hoc with travel and logistics arrangements such as visas and carnets
  • Being point of contact for internal and external clients, chasing invoices where required.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • Previous experience within television broadcast production.
  • Previous experience as established Production Assistant.
  • Experience in creating call sheets.
  • Experience of dealing with Health and safety paperwork and risk assessments.
  • Experience in obtaining carnets and visas and working on international events.
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
  • A second European language.
  • Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets.
  • Experience in customer service or client facing role.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Esker, SAP, Fieldglass or similar finance systems.
  • Good organization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt to various ways of working and working across multiple projects simultaneously.
