IMG is a leading global sports marketing agency, specializing in media rights management and sales, multi‑channel content production and distribution, brand partnerships, strategic consulting, digital services, and events management. We are currently hiring for a Technical Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to be responsible for delivering engineering projects for IMG, improving and expanding technical facilities.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, from conception to delivery.
  • Build and release diverse and varied, cross-functional project teams.
  • Work with stakeholders and help build business cases.
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
  • Assist and manage procurement.
  • Implement lessons learnt to help improve the project process and delivery.
  • Support the project engineering team in delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Work with the finance team by providing any cost reporting required.

Knowledge And Experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Capable of managing budgets.
  • Working with varying project management approaches i.e. Agile, Prince2, Waterfall.
  • Desirable experience managing broadcast projects in a live environment.
  • Reporting on project status to line managers.
  • Proficient with Monday.com or similar PMO tool.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A meticulous approach to work and able to present detailed information clearly and accurately.
  • Project management qualification (PMQ or Similar).

Working Conditions

  • This is a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract role.
  • This role is based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
  • Late night or weekend work with unsociable hours will be required for technology migration or other works/events relating to this area of responsibility.
