TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO) is a premium sports and entertainment company.
TKO owns iconic properties including UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world’s premier bull riding organization.
Together, these properties reach 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories and organize more than 500 live events year-round, attracting more than three million fans.

IMG has a clear strategic agenda and growth plan in place across the business.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of that agenda forward, making sure plans are honest, progress is tracked, and the right things are getting attention at the right time.
This role sits within the Strategy & Growth team, which covers IMG’s firm-level strategy and runs a consulting practice advising sports rights holders and investors.
While the broader team works across internal and external projects, this role is focused squarely on the internal side: strategic planning, SLT reporting, initiative tracking, and making sure the business is joined up.
You will work closely with IMG’s Senior Leadership Team and business unit heads, in collaboration with the SVP and Senior Director of Strategy & Growth.
You will also work regularly with IMG’s Operations and Finance teams.
The right person for this role is someone who gets energy from making a business work better.
You will be across everything that matters strategically at IMG, making sure plans turn into action, and that senior leaders have what they need to make good decisions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Drive IMG’s strategic plan forward.
Track how each business unit is performing against its commitments, hold people to account on delivery, spot problems early, and come with recommendations on what to do about them.
- Support the yearly strategy planning process.
Bring structure to the firmwide planning cycle, draw on inputs from the SLT to shape priorities, and stress-test the overall direction to make sure it’s robust and grounded.
- Lead the production of SLT updates and strategy reviews. Make sure the quality is right and the content is useful, not just informative.
- Work with each SLT member on their strategic initiatives.
Help them think through their plans, ask the hard questions when things don’t add up, and follow through to make sure things actually happen.
- Work with IMG’s Finance team to develop regular updates on progress against the strategic plan, with clear visibility on what’s tracking, what’s at risk, and where the gaps are.
- Pick up ad hoc strategic questions as they come up.
That could be anything from sizing a new market opportunity to pulling together an investment case or working through an organisational question.
- Prepare briefing materials for IMG’s President ahead of key internal and external engagements.
- Knowledge and Experience
- 4–7 years in strategy consulting (MBB or similar) or in a corporate strategy function, ideally in media, entertainment, or sports.
- Strong delivery leadership. Comfortable overseeing several initiatives at once, anticipating risks, unblocking issues, and ensuring momentum without constant supervision.
- Experience putting together SLT-level materials and working directly with senior leadership.
- Comfortable with numbers. You can build a growth model, pull apart a P&L, and work out whether a business case actually stacks up.
- Experience in a business going through change, whether that’s a transformation, an integration, or a growth phase.
Skills and Abilities
- You think clearly. You can take a messy problem and work out what actually matters, then explain it simply.
- Good judgement around people and politics.
You’ll be working with senior leaders who have strong views.
You need to know when to push, when to listen, and how to be useful without overstepping.
- Comfortable figuring things out. You don’t need someone to hand you a brief with all the answers. You can take a vague question and turn it into something structured.
- Strong writer. You can explain something complex in plain language and produce materials that a busy executive will actually read.
- Strong financial modelling skills. Able to build analysis yourself and brief others to do it.
- Pragmatic. You would rather get something useful done quickly than spend three weeks making it perfect.
- Experience in sports, media, or entertainment.
- Familiarity with how professional services firms work commercially.
- Experience in a multi-business-unit or holding company structure.
- MBA preferred.
- Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park.
- You may be required to travel to industry events and work on-site for the duration of an event, as necessary
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule, or when working to a pitch or proposal deadline
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
