What You'll Do
Help bring iconic global campaigns to life by sourcing and managing archive footage for a world-leading luxury brand. You’ll work with creatives, production partners and rights teams to make sure the right content is found, cleared and delivered on time. You’ll juggle multiple projects, keep everything organised behind the scenes, and play a key role in turning great ideas into finished campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, curious and excited to learn — comfortable working in an agile team and happy to flex their skillset as projects evolve.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Our main client is an iconic luxury brand. You will play a pivotal role in supporting 3rd party Production Partners in the creation of archive-based video content for the client’s international marketing campaigns.
- Work within a multi-skilled team providing Creative and Editorial Research to brief, Media Management, Rights Clearances and Project Management support across several projects as required.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our client’s sponsorship arrangements, footage access rights, brand ambassadors and upcoming events. Offer guidance and advice to creative teams on any restrictions and limitations that may impact on usage and licensing arrangements.
- Collaborate with Media Management teams to acquire footage from IMG’s Archive library, rights holders and commercial archive suppliers and deliver materials to production teams across different production phases.
- Ensure relevant information is comprehensively logged across IMG’s internal MAM systems and Project Management platforms.
- Collaborate with Rights teams to licence material from rights holders and provide all relevant commercial information to Production Partners and clients. This may include negotiating licence terms and fees.
- Provide Project Management support within the multi-skilled team including compiling agendas, scheduling and running meetings, escalating any delivery impediments and risks and administering Project Management platforms.
- Be a representative of our client in all exchanges with rights holders and sports federations and nurture good relationships with all internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Skills And Abilities
- Show editorial initiative and creative flair when identifying relevant footage.
- Knowledge of file-based workflows.
- Management of media from conception to delivery of project.
- Ability to multi-task, estimate delivery timelines and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and apply different skill sets and disciplines as required.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a meticulous approach to work and be able to present detailed information clearly.
- Ability to use software such as Adobe Premier Pro, MS Powerpoint, Iconik and Smartsheet.
Knowledge And Experience
- Good sports and culture knowledge.
- Experience of working in a footage, archive, sport or TVC production environment.
- Experience in sourcing, costing and clearing footage from around the world.
- Experience of logging rushes, responding to briefs and selecting material for edits.
- Administration and delivery of 'Programme as Completed' documentation.
- Knowledge of different digital media formats and media delivery workflows.
- Excellent awareness of Golf, Tennis, Motorsport, Equestrian and Yachting is highly desirable. Interest in The Arts, Environmentalism and Exploration, is also desirable.
- Experience of working with large media collections, commercial Archive Libraries and Stock Suppliers and Asset Management systems (Iconik, specifically).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and multi-skilled/pod delivery teams is highly desirable.
Working Conditions
- The work location is Chiswick Park, London.
- This is a fixed term contract.
- Possible weekend work during time sensitive edits and key events.
- Working times may vary due to client’s location in a different time zone.
