What You’ll Do: IMG’s Studios Football department are currently looking for two Production Coordinators to join the team as soon as possible. One role will provide coordination support across LIGUE UN Magazine show & UEFA programming (live highlights coverage and highlights shows). The other role will be responsible for providing coordination support across EFL programming (live match coverage and highlights shows).
PLEASE NOTE: These are fixed-term contract roles until 26th June 2026, based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. You will be required to work unsociable hours, including weekends. Applications will close on Thursday 11th December at 11.59pm UK Time.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team working on both productions.
- Negotiating, booking and scheduling freelancers (eg. Producers, Editors, Camera Operators, Voiceovers) as well as post-production facilities.
- Booking travel, accommodation and crew for international shoots, and arranging all logistical requirements. Completing visas, carnets requirements if required.
- Ensuring risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer and health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post production work.
- Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours (if required).
- Raising PO’s and work orders, submitting invoices and reconciling credit card expenditure.
- Assist in budget compilation when required, input committed costs into Cost Report, and assist with reconciliation and Vendor creation in conjunction with the Finance Assistant.
- Completing post-production paperwork.
- Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
- Being point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Support the team with general administrative duties.
- Ensure smooth day to day running of outside broadcasts on location under supervision of PM.
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in creating call sheets, booking freelancers and suppliers, and arranging travel logistics.
- Understanding the process and rationale of the cost tracking system.
- Understanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessments.
- Knowledge and understanding of production workflows.
- Experience of completing visas & carnets.
