It powers growth of revenues, fanbases and IP for more than 200 federations, associations, events, and teams.
Working Conditions:
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – London, Chiswick Park
- Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm
What You’ll Do:
- Creating records via our contract management system (Legal Online)
- Sending Contracts for electronic esign and arranging wet signature process
- Diary Management – including setting up Video Conferences and booking Meeting Rooms
- Creating Reports for the Business re contract status for their events
- Word processing and comparison exercises for senior lawyers
- Processing Expenses for the senior lawyers
- Arranging Couriers and Notaries
- Book Breakfast/Lunches for Legal Department Meetings
- Compile Matters List for the Legal Team
- Travel (flights and arranging visas if applicable)
- Help with social activities
- Point of contact for all team enquiries
- General administrative support
- May also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
Please Note:
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
- Being available after working hours should urgent assistance be required

You Have These:
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent
- Must have undertaken similar roles before
- Strong administrative experience
- Previous experience of handling confidential information while exercising discretion
- Organisational skills that enable the individual to prioritise a varied workload
- Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively and prioritise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Calm and professional manner when working under pressure
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Positive, professional, proactive, diligent and flexible approach to work
- Team spirited: loves being part of collective success and willing to go out of their way to help others
- An eye for details – aptitude for precision and accuracy
