Our multi-award-winning Original and Branded team is responsible for the premium, ground-breaking content you see on the DP World Tour’s social channels. It sees our team travel the globe, creating a diverse range of engaging content – from short-form viral videos to elaborate challenges, feature-length documentaries, and everything in between. We are currently expanding our team, in search of a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Producer who has honed their skills within a leading brand, agency, or production company.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the Producers across a broad portfolio of short and long form digital content
- Contribute to all aspects of production including research, creative development, producing and directing shoots, editing and post-production
- Demonstrate the highest standards of editorial judgement
- You will be a creative force, always pressing for innovation
- Contribute to an environment that champions accountability
- Support the DE&I initiatives across ETP and IMG
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience of producing, directing, editing, and post-producing video content to a high standard
- An understanding and proven experience working in branded content
- An understanding of non-live digital content and trends, preferably within sports
- A keen understanding of social media best practices, emerging trends, and platforms
- Experience of the creative ideation process for both internal and client facing pitches
- Experience in high-pressure, quick-turnaround production environments
- Comfortable working with talent (presenters, sports personalities, influencers)
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Awareness of post-production workflows, production paperwork, archive and music clearance

Working Conditions:
This role is a permanent role, based at IMG Studios Stockley Park. It will involve attending (and travelling to) location shoots, occasionally internationally. It will also involve occasional weekend work and unsocial hours – as and when dictated by demanding production schedules and according to the client’s time zone.
