This role is being hired into Cingularity, a division of IMG Studios who are specialists in bespoke live video networking and production solutions. Cingularity operates at each stage of the remote production workflow, delivering quality network designs and primary distribution services to premium broadcast networks and sports rights holders globally.

Working Conditions: Permanent, London - Hanbury St, East London Hybrid Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

What You’ll Do: Cingularity is seeking an operational Technical Project Manager with a telecommunication or broadcast background to join its team and help pave the way for our development and expansion over the coming years. You will play a crucial part in Cingularity’s development, ensuring projects are delivered on time while actively involved in service delivery, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management. You will aid company growth and utilise your knowledge to shape workflows and processes.

  • Project Management and Service Delivery
  • Manage Service Delivery of customer solutions, including engagement with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met for upcoming events, and permanently deploying solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery of Telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff.
  • Coordinate logistics for upcoming events.
  • Coordinate quotations and ordering, including negotiating with suppliers, obtaining detailed quotations and invoices, inputting data and managing costs.
  • Project Management of key projects from initiation to completion, interpreting project requirements, ensuring they’re executed accurately and within the agreed timescales.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Managing the successful delivery of internal and external projects, ensuring that schedules are optimal and maximising the time available while minimising project risk.
  • Proactively identify and highlight potential project risks to the management team, including capacity, resource issues and external factors.
  • Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution, and leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation.

You Have These: Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience and knowledge in Project Management and Service Delivery for either Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments.
  • Expert in Office 365 or G-Suite, with excellent working Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Broadcast environments and workflows, including experience working with satellite and broadcast operators.
  • Experience with modern project management applications such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana.
  • Familiar with Telecommunications Products and Technologies (Wavelength, Dark fibre, Managed Ethernet).
  • Skills in technical/non-technical documentation writing, including Project scoping, Executive summaries, and Status reports.
  • Proven experience in Project Management or Service Delivery within a related industry.
  • PRINCE2 Qualifications are advantageous.
