To support us in our mission, we are offering the next generation of enterprising talent the opportunity to join IMG and work across several teams and areas of expertise through a 15-month Graduate Scheme. You will have the opportunity to work on projects with some of the world’s biggest sports rightsholders, learning the foundations of sports business at a leading sports marketing agency in the following areas:

We are looking for well-rounded individuals who have completed their academic studies in the last two years and who personify our company values of being bold, dynamic, united, authentic, and passionate. You don’t need all the skills below, but they will certainly strengthen your application:

  • Passion for the business of sports, with a clear understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • A strong educational foundation built through higher education or experience or personal passion that demonstrates an understanding of business principles and the ability to apply them in a sports-related context, identifying opportunities and driving value.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and find solutions under pressure.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in fundamental business tools, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful presentation development.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse information, draw meaningful insights, and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
