Working Conditions:
- Permanent – London, Stockley Park
- Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the quarterly and annual financial planning and analysis for a range of Football Productions projects including but not limited to EFL, UEFA, CBS, DFB Pokal and Ligue 1.
- Liaising with Production, Legal, Sales and Finance colleagues to ensure that all relevant information is obtained to enable accurate revenue, expense, and cash forecasts to be produced for each project in line with contractual terms and revenue recognition policies.
- Responsible for month end accounting closes and identifying and explaining variances from forecasts.
- Liaising with production teams and AR teams to ensure invoices are raised and payments received in line with contractual terms.
- Liaising with Corporate Accounting and Treasury on related matters and dealing with audit queries from external auditors.
- Advising and assisting production staff on financial procedures and dealing with all financial matters relating to the projects above.
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances:
- Must be prepared to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines.
You Have These:
- Qualified Accountant (or finalist) – ACA / ACMA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Monthly management accounts preparation and month-end close.
- Budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Good understanding of related Finance functions (Treasury, Tax, AP, AR).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, identify issues, and resolve problems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Calm under pressure and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Confident, flexible, and proactive team player.

- Experience of working in a Media related environment.
- Experience in using SAP accounting system and other budgeting / forecasting systems.
- An understanding of the television programme production budgeting process.
- A knowledge of Sport and Television production.
