What You'll Do: Supporting the A&E account management team in delivering sponsorship objectives across our portfolio of UK events: coordinating and providing administrative assistance across multiple accounts and multiple events at any given time.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the A&E account management team in establishing and implementing efficient sponsor package activation plans for each account, including assisting with the development of activation concepts where required.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery of partnerships across a range of brands with differing objectives and tones of voice.
- Attend client meetings and maintain regular contact; producing and distributing meticulously curated meeting notes, progress reports, materials for sign-off and so on.
- Lead on coordinating sponsor marketing deliverables and ticketing requirements, providing clear tracking and record keeping throughout to keep every sponsorship activation on track and on time.
- Support the A&E account management team in gathering data and creating partner case studies and client facing campaign reviews after each event.
- Support the delivery of brand partnerships across the full campaign lifecycle, acting as a day-to-day liaison between brand partners and internal teams.
- Act as a central point of contact for asset collection, deadlines and campaign alignment, helping to streamline internal communications and improve delivery efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads and deadlines effectively.
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances
- Occasional weekend and evening work where you may be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment portfolio, including Taste of London, Big Feastival, and Winter Wonderland.
- Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel to client meetings.
Key Results Areas
- Supporting the account management team to successfully deliver sponsor contractual obligations by providing flawless administrative support, record keeping and tracking of progress, status updates and note taking.
- Exposure to sponsor strategy and campaign planning.
- Opportunity to take ownership of smaller deliverables or accounts over time.
- Accurate management and delivery of each sponsor’s marketing and ticketing deliverables.
- Developing a strong working relationship with all internal departments and external suppliers in order to deliver Sponsor packages as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
You Have These:
- Experience of events or client management is desirable, however this role would suit an individual keen to enter the field and develop a solid grounding in all aspects of sponsorship and event management with the Arts & Entertainment sector.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
- Proven organisational and administrative skills: capacity to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence escalating risks/issues to manager.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Commercially astute with the ability to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident dealing with clients of all levels with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A strong team player that is flexible and willing to get involved in all sorts of projects dependent on business need.
