Content Event Assistant
Fancy joining us at Wimbledon this summer? Kick-start your career in sport as a Content Event Assistant supporting the Corporate Events Team at one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world.

Hours
Typically, 8am-6pm (please note hours may differ on some days due to evening events). *A rota will be communicated to all runners before the start of the event.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-Provide on-site content and marketing support – primarily at the IMG House, but also at the AELTC grounds.
-Capturing a range of short-form content for our corporate social channels – including BTS at the IMG House and IMG Suite.
-Efficiently sift through content and organise for approvals – working closely with the digital team to plan and execute against our social plan.
-Support the team with ad hoc event operation responsibilities, including:
- Helping with the general event set-up and breakdown.
- Ensuring the smooth running of programming at the IMG House.
- Liaising with the catering teams and front-of-house staff.
- Assisting with general household tasks.
- Restocking products throughout the IMG House.
- Meet and greet clients and guests.
- Distributing tickets and accreditations.
