What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns & digital support for Arts & Entertainment event portfolio – primarily focusing on Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Taste of London.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Managers to support the marketing campaigns, ensuring all advertising, online, promotional, email, partner, and PR activities are provided and directed to generate maximum exposure and ticket sales.
  • Help co-ordinate day-to-day PR activity with the appointed PR agency to generate pre-show coverage, maximise show content, and support PR stunts and on-site media activity.
  • Support Consumer Marketing Managers with supplier and advertising agency management, acting as day-to-day liaison throughout the briefing, output, and feedback process (i.e., graphic design, printers, media partners, radio, and OOH).
  • Write, create, and distribute weekly email newsletters to the databases with the support of the Consumer Marketing and Digital Managers.
  • Support digital marketing activities to ensure content corresponds with relevant marketing messages, assisting with social media monitoring, customer enquiries, ad hoc website updates, and content creation, including writing and uploading of website blog posts.
  • Provide general admin support, including updating key campaign planning documents, regular processing of invoices and budget updates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to fulfil sponsor commitments and maximise opportunities with brand partners and sponsors.
  • Support with ticketing, maximising marketing opportunities via ticketing agencies and dealing with ad hoc ticket requests and comps.
  • Assist post-event evaluation of the relevance and effectiveness of all communications/promotions and recommend appropriate amendments to management.
  • Creation, execution, and analysis of post-event marketing surveys.

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances:

  • Occasional weekend work, where you will be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment events portfolio.
  • Outside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating marketing campaigns across a broad range of media.
  • Experience in managing digital (email, website) and social media campaigns.
  • Interest in content and copywriting.
  • Passion & understanding of live events.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written English and proofreading skills.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar Adobe design software (basic level).
  • Working knowledge of CMS systems and MS Office software.

Working Conditions:
