  • Become an expert on our client’s heritage, brand values and relationships, learning and ultimately advising teams on how this can be leveraged for use in content creation.
  • Source and manage archival materials, securing the best creative solutions for projects, such as footage, news clips, viral videos, photographs, audio recordings, documents, and other materials as required.
  • Undertake proactive research, perpetually assembling archive bins with up‑to‑date federation / sporting archive as well as archive from other sources to use in upcoming creative briefs.
  • Bring your knowledge of available archive to creative ideation sessions to guide potential storylines and creative briefs.
  • Analyse risk and supply a tiered risk assessment of all supplied archive to help guide editorial decisions.
  • Develop your expertise in key sports including golf, tennis, and equestrianism, ideally specialising in one.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand values, ethos, and strategic vision of the client and their partner agencies.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience of working as an Archive Producer on commercial projects, including sourcing “hidden gem” footage, analysing licensing risk, negotiating with rights holders, and understanding and working to a budget.
  • Previous experience of working with creative and advertising production agencies, and key client stakeholders.
  • Experienced in creative problem solving.
  • Excellent time management – reliable and punctual with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
