Who We Are: IMG Studios is a premier production centre with state-of-the-art studios, post-production and live operations facilities. It houses 4 HD broadcast television studios, 9 production galleries, 3 dubbing suites, 50 edit destinations, 3 radio studios, an award-winning 3D Graphics & Visual Effects team, and one of the largest data centres built specifically for digital media and broadcast in recent times. The Master Control Room includes 5 transmission suites and monitors over 200 HD lines in & out of the building. With its own satellite farm and direct links to many of the leading sports stadia in the UK, IMG Studios is at the centre of sports and entertainment production and distribution.

What You'll Do: To provide financial and accounting assistance to the production team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of production and to provide regular “final cost” information to Heads of Production. This is a “sleeves up” role for someone who enjoys getting fully involved in a role and working as part of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Providing accounting support to the production team – including the following:
- Issuing purchase orders as required using the SAP system
- Ensuring that vendor invoices are properly coded, authorized and processed for payment
- Liaising with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues – dealing with vendor enquiries etc
- Requesting new vendor set up via vendor governance
- Supporting corporate finance and production with reconciling expenditure incurred on production credit cards
- Ensuring that all production costs are recharged to the relevant projects each month
- Dealing with T&E expenses for all relevant staff using the SAP system
- Raising Client Invoices using the SOL system
- Completing the monthly update of the actual expenditure for the Production Cost Reports and helping Production Managers to analyse and explain their budget variances
- Dealing with any other ad hoc production related finance matters as required
- Liaising with accounting staff in other departments on all of the above
Working Conditions:
- Reports To: Production Finance Manager
- Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week
- Contract Type / Length: Fixed Term Contract till June 2026
- Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge
You Have These:
- Must be numerate and able to organise and deal with multiple tasks and determine priorities.
- Must be able to work without close supervision and have the initiative to deal with problems as they arise or refer them to supervisors for further investigation
- Proficient in Microsoft packages specifically Excel
- Previous experience in an accounting / finance environment
- Mathematically competent
- Minimum of A level education or equivalent
- Must be flexible and adaptable and prepared to work as part of a team and occasionally, irregular hours
- Organised with an ability to prioritise
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Proven experience of working as part of a large team
- Excellent attention to detail skills
