The Role And What You’ll Do
- This role is largely Solheim Cup-focused and will require the candidate to be based in London.
- Provide timely and efficient operational assistance, including site visits and liaising with the host venue.
- Provide timely reporting and minute-taking, following up with team members and vendors as required.
- Work with suppliers and contractors to draw up specifications and scopes of work.
- Provide general event support and specific support to the SC Project Director.
- Provide onsite event operational logistic support at golf tournaments.
- Act as a strong IMG representative while onsite at events.
- Support the day-to-day business of the SC Project Director practically.
- Conduct market research as necessary.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role as required.
