Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Research sponsorship, marketing and industry trends to identify partnership opportunities, leads and category insights.
- Generate high‑quality leads weekly and source relevant contacts using approved platforms.
- Maintain brand profiles, category trackers and relationship insights to support sales meetings.
- Use internal systems including CRM, Power BI and Introhive to manage leads, deals, inventory and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, pipeline tracking and consistent CRM usage across teams.
- Record meeting activity, notes and brand intelligence in CRM.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials and logistics; take and distribute minutes and manage follow‑ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations and pitch materials for internal and client use.
- Produce a weekly internal newsletter summarising external sponsorship news.
- Coordinate updates for the creative team and support brand partnership opportunities.
- Support events, business development sessions and cross‑team projects as required.

- Accurate and timely CRM reporting across the portfolio.
- Consistent generation of new leads and category insights for the sales team.
- Effective collaboration using relationship intelligence tools.
- High‑quality support for pitches, presentations and internal processes.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (analysis, pivot tables).
- CRM administration experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficient with AI research and database tools.

- Commercial awareness and cultural sensitivity when working with global clients.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Interest in sports and entertainment partnerships and career development in this field.
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent position.
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings.
- Occasional attendance & assistance at UK events with Partnership Sales team.
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
