Partner Marketing

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with Carrier, Rights Holder, and Connectivity partner marketing teams – providing regular support, materials and activation ideas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director and Commercial teams to develop and execute a partner prioritisation framework focused on retention and growth.
  • Work with the Marketing Director on the development of proposals for measurable joint marketing campaigns and own the delivery of activations with key partners to drive consumer reach.
  • Support partner acquisition and onboarding through the development of tailored marketing materials, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the partner portal (Frontify), ensuring timely distribution of monthly marketing assets.
  • Coordinate regular marketing workshops with key carrier partners to strengthen collaboration and increase consumer reach.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and Marketing Coordinator to develop essential monthly partner assets, toolkits and campaign collateral.
  • Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of partner marketing performance, to produce insights and educate potential customers on value.
  • Optimise partner marketing activity using data‑driven insights to improve passenger engagement and viewership.

Campaign Delivery & Project Management

  • Collaborate with channel presentation, programming and creative teams to plan and implement regular content highlights and promotions, ensuring timely delivery as well as alignment with Sport 24 brand and rights holder guidelines.
  • Support and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, managing budgets and delivery to generate leads, educate audiences, and grow consumer reach.
  • Collaborate with comms on PR initiatives, including press releases, interviews, partner spotlights and paid media initiatives.
  • Work in conjunction with IMG's Digital Marketing Executive to review, manage and optimise CRM (Hubspot) to develop an effective lifecycle marketing strategy for leads.
  • Manage Sport 24's digital presence, including website and social channels, and work closely with the Sport 24 Marketing Coordinator and digital team to develop a digital strategy for relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and support evolving brand guidelines and tone of voice, in line with product and platform developments.

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Optimise current marketing processes and identify new lead generation opportunities for the Commercial team.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships team on the execution of the bi‑annual brand uplift passenger surveys.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to track and report key performance metrics, producing quarterly reports highlighting successes and growth opportunities, including a partner engagement analysis.
  • Explore and utilise AI tools to make marketing efforts and reporting more efficient.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Work with the Marketing Director in planning and delivering major industry events and trade shows, including PR and digital activity.
  • Produce post‑event reports evaluating performance and identifying key benchmarks.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong and varied marketing experience delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Ideally experience working on B2B & B2C marketing campaigns.
  • A clear understanding of different marketing channels and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
  • A genuine passion for sports, media & marketing.

Employment Details

  • This is a permanent position based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate.
  • Working hours are 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Unsocial hours may be required, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to and during a broadcast or production, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule.
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings.
