The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Integrated Project Manager will play an important role in the 160/90 team; Assist ing in the management of end-to-end delivery of brand, social and video campaigns for of one of our largest clients, an international business that operates in multiple markets, across their expanding Global Partnerships portfolio.
The Integrated Project Manager will form an integral part of the dedicated client team, which includes Creative , Strategy , Partnerships and PR & Comms that spans (primarily) 160over90’s London and Dubai offices.
This will encompass :

Develop ing timelines for both short and long lead campaigns and putting in place processes to h elp track campaign progress, actions and reviews

Oversee ing scopes of work and ensur ing awareness of budget allocations for larger campaigns

Act ing as a bridge between the Account and Creative teams for accurate brief development and approvals

Facilitat ing internal reviews, route reviews and stakeholder feedback sessions

Acting as a point of contact for media agency communication, coordinating between external media buyers, internal account teams, and the creative studio.

Managing the end-to-end process of asset handover to media agencies, ensuring all deliverables meet spec, brand, and deadline requirements.

Manag ing tight timelines, reworking internal deadlines and traffic schedules based on final media delivery windows

Support ing the creative team in navigating last-minute asks or changes from vendors, balancing delivery priorities with available resourcing

Fla g g ing and mitigat ing risks tied to media delivery constraints, ensuring no delays across global placements or paid campaigns

Attend ing client meetings on campaign work to take notes, gather rough feedback and capture next steps

Disseminat ing feedback internally with campaign and account leads, using the feedback doc

Supporting creative and production teams with shoot planning and logistics

Push ing back on timelines or resource constraints where appropriate to protect quality and capacity

Continuous checking for brand consistency and working with design team to ensure final assets meet visual and strategic requirements, managing approvals with the Client’s brand team as necessary
You Have These:
-
Previous project management experience within a respected creative/advertising/marketing/design agency, or in-house at an emerging/fast-growth company

Strong understanding and experience of integrated marketing and advertising projects including Experiential marketing, Online and offline design, Sponsorships, Branding etc.

A degree, or equivalent work experience, in Marketing or Comms Management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management skills: managing projects, schedules and resource

Strong skills in project management software: Excel, Word, Time tracking

Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
-
Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of and/or interest in sports, culture, and entertainment .

Enthusiasm and desire to learn and grow as an individual
