The Role: The Producer role is a key role within the agency. You will sit within the project team leading projects, from pre-production through to onsite at live events. It's a mid to senior level role that sits in the heart of the team. You will lead projects, manage budgets and support a team on a daily basis. Each project will be different and may include experimental marketing, events or pitches.
Responsibilities (General)
- Be a reliable and trusted member of a project team

Responsibilities (Project)
- Own the budget & client management process, both internally and for the client on projects up to £500k
- Create and keep up-to-date project budgets ensuring agreed margins remain in place until final payments are received and issued
- Ensure that all production/project processes are completed to the highest standard, are accurate, to budget and on time
- Lead weekly project team and client meetings
- Assign and brief project team members on their roles and responsibilities in both pre-production and on site
- Build teams based on the projects needs and outline clear roles and responsibilities for the team
- Represent the agency to clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive and approachable manner
- Format keynote documents to then present to the team and clients
- Have a willingness to be involved with pitch and presentation work for the new business or creative department
- Actively seek new ways to improve on completing tasks quickly and sharing methods with the team
Responsibilities (Account)
- Act as the key contact for clients, providing Account Management skills and be aware of, and deliver on client requirements
- Continually work hard to improve client satisfaction
- A confident presenter who’s not afraid to be put on the spot and answer difficult questions
- Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for each client
- Liaise with client/ project teams to ensure a full and thorough flow of information between all parties
- Support the New Business Team when creating budgets and proposals for pitch work
- Confidentiality lead and influence clients on briefs, while managing expectations, maintaining constant communication, and developing excellent client relationships
Responsibilities (Production)
- Have a good understanding of production and be able to install a standard stage set independently
- Ensure that contact sheets, agendas, status reports, production schedules etc are compiled and send out pre and post meeting
- Liaise with suppliers and external contractors in a positive and relationship building manner
- Build on your production and creative knowledge and if desired learn systems and programs within these departments, such as SketchUp, CAD, illustrator
- Ensure all Public Liability and any other applicable insurances are in order to cover all relevant risks inherent in the project
- Have an extensive supplier database which continues to grow
