Role Overview

We’re hiring a commercially minded Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of leading lifestyle and heritage brands. This highly varied position combines new business development, deal execution and end‑to‑end licensee management.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: ensuring that sales materials are kept up to date, leading prospecting, pitching, procuring deal proposals in key categories, maintaining matrices of licensee lists, independently prospecting and managing new deals, collaborating with creative and marketing teams on sales presentations, attending trade shows.
  • Licensee Management: ensuring licensees activate rights, design, produce, distribute and market licensed products, sell into territories and retailers, analyzing retail data, maintaining client tracker, summarizing contract terms.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: ensuring timely royalty reporting, working with finance on slow reporting, producing quarterly finance reports and biannual client/licensee reports, forecasting revenue and royalties.
  • Legal Administration: managing contract generation with legal when new deals, inputting terms on online platform, reviewing drafted contracts, ensuring signatures and hard copies, resolving change requests.
  • Client Management: coordinating with Associate Vice President, managing communication with client about licensing program and updates, acting as liaison between licensees and internal services, providing weekly/monthly updates and face‑to‑face meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in licensing, including lifestyle and British brands.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and adaptable, able to manage workload and switch between sales, brands, clients and licensees.
  • Experience and proven success in securing new licensees.
  • Quick learner who can find solutions to problems.
  • Team player with initiative and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication and professional personal presentation.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems.
