We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support the Design Team with the development of rights holder creatives, which including hygiene graphics, digital campaigns, and branding.
- Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Senior Designer and account managers, meeting the brief that has been outlined.
- Produce engaging designs, graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments.
- Work with the Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise, and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
- Work with the Design Team to develop leading industry approach across platforms.
- Good communication across project leads is key.
Knowledge and Experience
- Understanding and have an interest in the sports industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in design required or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- A grasp of practical knowledge in presentations, layout, branding, typography, logo design and infographics.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. After Effect and PowerPoint as a plus.
- The ability to work with templates and style guides to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Work that demonstrates an ability to experiment, develop, and resolve authentic creative outputs.

- Ability to communicate ideas clearly (both visually and verbally) with both internal and external presentations.
- Good time management when working towards conflicting deadlines.
- Confidence to initiate design ideas, communicate clearly and ask questions.
