Support fraud detection efforts in collaboration with clinical and business teams. Maintain situational oversight of high-profile cases and active transfers during office hours and when on call.
  • Support DBA & Workers’ Compensation: Guide nursing teams in initial management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work planning for members injured or ill while working abroad. Provide clinical input and oversight to our field case manager network.
  • Drive Governance & Clinical Quality: Champion the enterprise-wide clinical quality improvement program. Provide clinical input to root cause analyses of incidents/near misses. Escalate any clinical quality/safety concerns to the CMO promptly. Attend clinical governance committee meetings in the CMO’s absence.
  • Develop And Strengthen Our Global Network: Join routine supplier/network management meetings with Operations, Networks, and Medical teams. Advise on the operational capabilities of current/prospective providers. Assist with issue investigations related to air/ground ambulance, hospitals, and other networks.
