As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll analyze, design, and optimize systems that power our global operations—ensuring efficiency, scalability, and impact. Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the charge on requirements for complex, high-impact projects
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover needs and craft smart solutions
- Act as the key liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors
- Create and maintain clear, actionable documentation for processes and systems
- Drive system mapping and integration for seamless interoperability
- Champion new technologies and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage business rules and use cases for critical applications
- Evaluate software enhancements for feasibility and strategic fit
- Coordinate testing efforts and support successful deployments
- Deliver engaging demos and training materials to empower teams
- Mentor junior analysts and elevate BA best practices across the organization

Qualifications And Requirements
- BS or BA in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with proven success in U.S. healthcare or insurance
- Expertise in analyzing and configuring claims systems for operational excellence
- Strong leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Agile mindset with deep understanding of SDLC and modern methodologies
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Visio
