Hours of work: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am-4pm

The job role

As a Weighbridge Administrator, you oversee the smooth operation of the weighbridge facility while providing essential administrative assistance to the site manager. Your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate records, handling customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and assist external clients, contractors, and visitors
  • Accurately input and manage weighbridge data, ensuring precise tonnage records
  • Professionally handle incoming calls and direct queries to the relevant team
  • Generate reports using SAP
  • Resolve weighbridge and customer queries efficiently
  • Scan, file and email documents to customers
  • Ensure all visitors receive full Health & Safety induction and wear the correct PPE

  • Demonstrate proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment (industrial setting preferred)
  • Be proficient in Google documents (preferred)
  • Have SAP knowledge and experience (preferred)
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Have attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Have excellent customer and communication skills
  • Have a proactive and adaptable mindset to learn in-house systems
  • Understand Environmental and Health & Safety legislation (training provided)
