Location: Drinnick Stores, St Austell, Cornwall, PL26 7XY (on site)
Hours of work: 7.30am β 3.30pm Monday β Friday
Salary: up to Β£38,000 dependant on experience

The job role:
- Join a reputable organisation within the Central Engineering Services team at the Drinnick Distribution Centre.
- Be a key player in maintaining efficient and compliant logistics and storage operations.
- Lead and support a dedicated team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities across the Distribution Centre.
- Lead and motivate a team of store people/drivers to meet operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Oversee the receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Conduct and manage COSHH and risk assessments for store activities.
- Support stock control and regular inventory checks, including satellite stores.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

You will:
- Have a valid Forklift Truck Licence
- Be experienced in overhead crane, slinging and lifting
- Certified in IOSH or equivalent health & safety training
- Proven experience in a stores or warehouse environment
- Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
- Confident using SAP ERP systems
- Basic IT skills, including use of Google Suite
- Full UK Driving Licence required
