The Position
Location: Imerys - Furzebrook Road, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5AR
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm
Salary: £26,780 per annum
About the Role:
Supporting the Plant Management Team with administrative tasks at our Secondary Processing site in Furzebrook.
Main Responsibilities:
- Personnel and Payroll input
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicals
- Inventory administration
- Organizing training and medical records across the site
- Covering the weighbridge twice a month, including during sickness and leave
- Month-end reporting and weekly/monthly reports
- Maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards on site

Candidate Profile:
