Hours of work: 37.5 hours/week β Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern:
- Week 1 - Monday β Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
- Week 2 - Monday β Friday, 7:30am β 3:30pm
- Week 3 - Monday β Friday, 8:30am β 4:30pm

The job role
We are currently seeking a Loader to join our busy team at our European Milling Centre in Par. This is a hands-on, full-site-based role in an industrial setting located on the docks. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods out of the site β a critical role in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move and load goods
- Load lorries and shipping containers
- Discharge powders from bulk tanks into tankers
- Use RF scanners to manage and track stock
- Follow health and safety protocols in all operations
- Work both indoors and outdoors across designated loading stations
- Collaborate closely with a small team of Loaders and report to the Senior Captain

You will have:
- Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred
- A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- Counterbalance forklift training (nationally accredited ideally)
- Ability to follow set procedures and work within safe operating methods
- Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
