The Position: Network Engineer

Job Summary: Network Engineer Hybrid - Par Moor Technology Centre, Cornwall (with UK travel up to 30%) Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience + performance related bonus (up to 5%) Permanent, Full‑Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role: Are you an experienced network professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact across a large, diverse UK operational network? This position offers the opportunity to support, develop and enhance the network infrastructure that underpins Imerys' UK sites and wider EMEA operations. As a Network Engineer, you will play a central role in maintaining stable, secure and high‑performing network services across our UK operations, while also contributing to global network improvement projects as part of the Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC). You will support day‑to‑day operations (Run activities), as well as contribute to Build activities such as network design improvements, equipment upgrades and the implementation of global standards. You will work closely with regional IT teams, helpdesk teams, site users and global GNOC colleagues, ensuring that our UK network remains robust, reliable and aligned with Imerys' global strategy. This position offers excellent opportunities for development, whether you want to progress into senior technical roles, architecture, project leadership or other areas within our global IT function.
