This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data, supporting colleagues, and ensuring processes run smoothly., As a Payroll Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to help ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of payroll services across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll inbox queries and responding to routine pay and benefits questions.
  • Processing payroll documentation including payslips, P45s and employee records.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration, including starter and leaver processes.
  • Assisting with pension updates and employee benefit administration.
  • Producing regular reports relating to time, absence and approvals.
  • Reviewing employee entitlements and payroll-related records for accuracy.
  • Preparing information and summaries to support internal reporting and finance requirements.
  • Collaborating with payroll colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain high service standards.

  • Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career within payroll and HR administration? We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our supportive payroll team based at Par Moor Centre., Previous experience in administration, office support or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good numeracy skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong IT skills, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
