About the Role
Imech Engineering Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Steel Erectors to join our team on a major industrial construction project operating under the NAECI Blue Book Agreement.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale energy infrastructure project with long-term work, competitive rates and regular overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Erection and installation of structural steelwork.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Working safely at height using MEWPs and other access equipment.
- Assisting with lifting operations and bolting activities.
- Working alongside supervisors, crane teams and other mechanical trades.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site Health & Safety procedures and project specifications.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity.
Essential Requirements
- ECITB NVQ Level 3 in Steel Erecting (Mandatory)
- CCNSG Safety Passport (Mandatory)
- Proven experience working on large industrial construction projects.
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
- Right to Work in the UK.
Desirable Qualifications
