Imec’s Cambridge-based Compute System Architecture (CSA) team invites a motivated Research and Development Engineer to help shape next-generation compute system architectures.

You will bridge technology and architecture, translating research ideas into high-impact innovations across AI, HPC, and automotive domains.

We seek a candidate with a Master’s or Ph D in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Science and 5+ years in R&D for compute systems.
