The purpose of this position is to provide hands-on global sales enablement support to ensure consistent and effective use of Salesforce and the TEMPO sales process across regions. The role focuses on translating agreed sales standards and leadership expectations into practical processes, documentation, reporting, and enablement materials that support sales teams in their day-to-day work. By reducing friction between sales, systems, and expectations, the role supports improved adoption, consistency, and execution at scale. This is a delivery-focused role that works closely with regional sales teams while remaining aligned to commercial direction and priorities.
- CRM and Sales Process Enablement
- Design and deliver hands-on Salesforce and sales process enablement aligned to the TEMPO framework.
- Actively support sales teams in applying Salesforce standards to live opportunities.
- Create and maintain practical enablement guidance that reflects agreed ways of working.
- Enablement Assets and Documentation
- Develop and maintain sales enablement documentation that defines agreed Salesforce and sales process standards.
- Maintain enablement content to reflect changes to Salesforce configuration, processes, and ways of working.
- Structure and manage enablement content so it is consistently organised and easy to navigate.
- Reporting, Dashboards and Sales Visibility
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that support sales activity, pipeline management, and leadership visibility.
- Ensure reporting outputs align to agreed definitions, sales process stages, and data standards.
- Support users and leaders in understanding and applying reports and dashboards in day-to-day sales planning and review.
- Regional Engagement and Support
- Act as a central point of coordination for sales enablement queries related to Salesforce and the sales process.
- Engage regularly with regional sales teams and leaders to understand challenges, questions, and areas of friction.
- Provide structured guidance and follow-up to support consistent application of Salesforce and sales process standards.
- Continuous Improvement of CRM and Sales Processes
- Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usage and sales process execution based on observed behaviours and feedback.
- Contribute practical input into Salesforce and sales process enhancements by documenting issues, requirements, and use cases.
- Support testing, communication, and rollout of approved system or process changes.
- Selling Skills Reinforcement and Adoption (future)
- Reinforce agreed selling skills and behaviours through day-to-day enablement, coaching prompts, and Salesforce usage.
- Support the practical application of selling skills within live opportunities and sales activities.
- Align Salesforce guidance and enablement materials to support the adoption of agreed selling methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial systems, or a related role supporting sales teams.
- Practical experience working with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, and day-to-day sales process usage.
- Experience developing documentation, guides, or enablement materials that support consistent ways of working.
- Ability to work hands-on in a delivery-focused role, managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and stakeholders across regions.
- Comfortable working independently across time zones and coordinating with global teams.
- Experience supporting or reinforcing sales methodologies or selling skills within a sales environment.
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional organisation.
- Spanish language capability (written and/or verbal).
- Exposure to change management, CRM rollout, or sales process transformation initiatives.
