You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate) and working closely alongside Michelle Mersey, a Partner in our Commercial Team and a New York‑qualified attorney with extensive experience advising international businesses.
The role is firmly commercial contracts‑focused. You will be advising UK and international clients on the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, with direct client contact from an early stage.
