About the role
You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate) and working closely alongside Michelle Mersey, a Partner in our Commercial Team and a New York-qualified attorney with extensive experience advising international businesses. The role is firmly commercial contracts-focused. You will be advising UK and international clients on the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, with direct client contact from an early stage.
